Passed away on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at Doctor’s Hospital of Augusta, Georgia.

Trish was a dedicated Mother and Grandmother who cherished every moment with her family.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at 1 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home South Chapel in Clarkrange

Family will receive friends on Saturday, May 1, ,2021 from 11 A.M. - 1 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home South Chapel in Clarkrange

Daughter: Misty (Darnell) Fields and husband Kevin

Grandchildren: Emily Darnell, Carter Fields, Austin Fields and Fiancé Amber, Noah Fields
