Passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2020 at Signature Healthcare of Fentress County

Grave side service will be held on Sunday, March 22, 2020 at 2 P.M. at the Mt. Helen Cemetery

Mrs. Tompkins was a faithful member of the Mt. Helen Baptist Church

Mrs. Tompkins is survived by:

Husband: L.D. Tompkins

Son: Ritchie Tompkins and wife Wendy

Daughter: Lavonna Smith and husband Daniel

Grandchildren: Jordan Smith and wife Leann, Nichole Davis and husband Tim, Meredith Nee and husband Steve

Great-Grandchildren: Sophie, Colson, Henry, Atlas, Callie, Elowyn, and Roslin

Brother: Obert Ellis

A host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends

Mrs. Tompkins was preceded in death by:

Parents: Virgil and Etta Sewell Ellis
