Passed away on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at his home

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at 1 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown, with burial to follow in the Bills Creek Cemetery

Family will receive friends on Saturday, February 27, 2021 from 12 Noon – 1 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown

He is survived by:

A host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends

He was preceded in death by:

Parents: Clayton and Opal Smith

Brothers: Randall Smith and Clayton Smith Jr.
