On Wednesday, December 2 nd , 2020, Willard Neil Ramsey, loving husband, father, grandfather, great
grandfather, great-great grandfather, and brother, passed away at the age of 77.
Willard was born on May 8 th , 1943. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Brenda Sue Ramsey; daughters
Patricia Lowhorn (Vince Lowhorn), Melissa Barbato (John Barbato), Angela Garrett (Keith Garrett), and
Dafney Davenport (Scottie Davenport); grandchildren Melody Pollard (John Pollard), Jeremy Lowhorn
(Cara Rhoton), Heather Livingston (James Livingston), Brandy Smith (Chris Smith), Crystal Barbato,
Amanda Salomatoff (Eric Salomatoff), Johnny Barbato (Hayle Krigel), David Garrett (Brittany Garrett),
Whitney Beaty (Matthew Beaty), Scott Davenport (Whitleigh Davenport), Lynn Frady (Tommy Frady),
Samantha Davenport, and Lea Davenport (Leigh Smith); great-grandchildren Austin Lowhorn (Shelby
Bullock), Kaleb Lowhorn, Parker Lowhorn, Jaiden Haltom, Van Pollard, Jada Pollard, Maya Pollard, Lryic
Pollard, Sebastian Livingston, Hunter Smith, Haylee Smith, Tucker Smith, Dominic Guillory, Kaylie
Guillory, Owen Russell, Ellie Ann Salomatoff, Jett Garrett, Lillian Garrett, Deacon Garrett, Cora Beaty,
Clyde Beaty, Easton Atchley, Elijah Atchley, Canyon Frady, Layla Frady, Jaycee Frady, Ronan Davenport,
and Raylan Davenport; great-great-grandchild Josie Lowhorn; mother-in-Law Lorena Ford; one brother
Coy Ramsey; sisters Marylou Hall (Curtis Hall), Wilda McCarty, Sherry Ramsey, Cathy Criswell (Randall
Criswell), and Karen Worley; sister-in-law Rosemary Hixon; brothers-in-law Jerl Beaty, and Jeff Beaty
(Rhond Beaty); special friends Mike Hall and Dick Hollenback, and many nieces and nephews. He is
preceded in death by parents Lawrence and Lilly Ramsey and brothers Dicky, Eddie, Guy, and Bill
Ramsey.

Funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 6, 2020 at 1 P.M. at the Spring Chapel Methodist Church, with burial to follow in the Spring Chapel Cemetery

Family will receive friends on Sunday, December 6, 2020 from 11 A.M. – 1 P.M. at the Spring Chapel Methodist Church
