Passed away Saturday, August 28, 2021 at his home

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at 11 A.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown, with burial to follow in the Mt. Helen Cemetery

Family will receive friends on Monday, August 30, 2021 from 5 P.M. – 8 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown

He is survived by:

His loving wife of 63 years: Elizabeth Arvina Voiles Garrett
